Atomac Ball Control Valves

These valves provide a very cost-effective alternative to the more expensive valves manufactured in exotic materials such as Hasalloy, Titanium, Monel etc. Separate ball and stem design greatly reduces side loading thus extending stem seal life.  PTFE chevron packing provides Positive stem seal whilst maintaining a low operating torque and Live loaded (TA Luft approved) dynamic packing seal using self-adjusting Belleville washers maintains its integrity. Also, Double packing option available with purge connection.

Valves are designed with optimum lining thickness to ensure permeating media such as Chlorine does not come in contact with the body. All valves are finished in a high-quality epoxy paint
