The Valtek Mark One globe control
valve offers superior performance in liquid and gaseous
services, while also permitting easy, fast and inexpensive
maintenance.
The spring-cylinder actuated Mark
One valve provides stiffness and maintains high positioning
accuracy, repeatability, controlled high speed, and
response. The Mark One valve actuator takes up to 150
psig (10.3 barg) supply air giving it the thrust to
shut off against much higher fluid pressures.
The Mark One valve is designed so
the spring, supply air pressure and fluid pressure itself
combine to produce exceptionally tight shutoff. A self-aligning
seat ring further enhances the shutoff capability of
the Mark One valve.
The Mark One valve is typically double
top-stem guided and completely avoids contact between
the plug and seat retainer. Many globe valve maintenance
problems can be traced to cage-guiding. The close metal-to-metal
contact between the cage and plug often result in galling
and sticking.
The clamped-in seat and top-entry
trim permits easy, quick maintenance. Plus, with the
Mark One valve's high degree of parts interchangeability,
fewer inventory parts are required. In addition, the
actuator is lighter, smaller and easier to handle than
comparable diaphragm actuators.
The Valtek Mark One control valve
is the industry choice for a simple, reliable, tough
globe valve.
Size Range: 15-100mm
Body Material: S G Iron
Trim material: PTFE, PFA, Hastalloy, Titanium
Lining Materials: PFA, FEP, PVDF
End Connections: Flanged
Pressure Rating: ANSI 150LB, BS4504 10/16
This range of control valves provides
the ideal solution for applications where highly corrosive
and aggressive fluids need to be controlled. The valve
has a ductile cast iron body epoxy coated with a range
of linings to suit the particular application. A standard
PTFE bellows provides protection from leakage to atmosphere
in the stem area. The plug and seat are made of modified
pure PTFE and are easliy replaced. Hastalloy and Titanium
seats and plugs are also available. Trim characteristics
- On/Off, Linear, Equal percentage. All bolts and nuts
are stainless steel providing protection against corrosion.
Available with the Valtek linear actuator as standard
but can be adapted to suit other actuator types on request.
Features and Benefits:
Wide range of Cv values
Micro flute plugs available for
handling small flow rates
Bellows sealed bonnet ensures no
media leakage to atmosphere
Cost effective when compared to
metal alloy equivalents
Tight Shut Off
Liners are anchored and suitable
for use on vacuum applications
Size Range: 6 - 15mm
Body Material: Stainless Steel
Trim material: Stainless Steel
End Connections: Flanged, screwed, Butt Weld
Pressure Rating: ANSI 150LB, BS4504 10/16
Series 030000 is a "General Service" Low Flow
Valve. The standard body material of this 1/2"
valve is cast stainless steel. Various end connection
types, such as screwed ends or flanges as well as special
end connections for laboratories or food and beverage
applications, the Series 030000 is our choice for all
standard application where the Cv value is below or
equal to 2.9
End connection sizes from 1/2"
up to 1" with a Cv range from 0.0022 to 2.9
With APV flanges PN10 the series 030000
becomes a light duty 1/2" valve for the food and
beverage industry for carbonizing applications.
Size Range: 15-100mm
Body Material: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel
Trim material: Stainless Steel, Stellite
End Connections: Flanged
Pressure Rating: ANSI 150,300LB, BS4504 10/16/25/40
The FlowPak control valve is a general
service valve coupled with the high-thrust FlowAct pneumatic
diaphragm actuator. The modular, simplified and low-complexity
design provides an easy and simple product sizing and
selection.
The FlowPak valve is capable of operating within temperature
ranging from -29°C up to +250°C (-20°F up
to +482°F) according to the selected material.
Precise machined plug contours and long stroke lengths
results in an excellent control performance.
The FlowPak control valve has a very compact, light-weight
design, which offers up to 10 kvs/cv-values per valve
size - allows a wide range of process conditions for
each size.
Due to the design of a profile-ring - very reliable
sealing between body and seat, easy maintenance, no
machining required of the body seat area when changing
the seat.
