The Worcester A44/59 Series ball valves
in sizes 65mm to 150mm complements the Series 44 to
provide the most versitile, reliable and widely available
three piece range. With a wide range of seat materails
available, the valve is suitable for a most applications
within the process industry up to 50 Bar.
Designed with an ISO 5211 mounting
platform the valve is also fitted with a direction indicator
that remains on the valve during actuation to maintain
stem seal integrity and provide visual indication of
the ball position. Also available as full bore in sizes

Worcester's Series F44 is a three-piece,
fire-safe and anti-static ball valve designed in accordance
with BS 6755 Part 2.The F44 is available in either stainless
or carbon steel, a variety of end connectors and a range
of sizes from 8mm to 50mm. It features graphite gland
and body seals and 8 high tensile body connector screws
for strength in fire conditions.
Further benefits include a mounting
platform on the body for ease of ancillary mounting
whilst retaining valve integrity, as well as the three-piece
valve's inherent ease of maintenance and compact and
lightweight design. Also available as full bore up to
1.1/2'' as the F59 Series

Flowserve Worcester's Series AW44
avaiable in sizes 15mm to 50mm designed specifically
for steam and thermal fluid applications to minimse
the loss of the process media. The valve incorporates
the unique Fluorofill seat material allowing continuous
satuarted steam service up to 17 Bar. The valve also
incorporates PTFE coated stainless steel body gaskets
to maintain sealing capbility during thermal cycling. The
valve is also suitable for use on thermal fluid and
hot oils up to 250°C or up to 280°C with other
seat materials. Also available as full bore up to 40mm
as the AW59 Series.

Specifically designed for use in high
pressure applications, the 5HP44 is suitable up to 345
Bar depending on media. Pressure is limited to 207 Bar
on Group 1 gases under PED rules and a 3HP44 product
would be offered on these applications. The valve uses
Delrin or PEEK seats with a high strength stem build,
o-ring body seals and special body construction.Typical
appications would be oil, inhibited water and nitrogen
gas. Available with screwed or welded end connections
to suit customer requirements

Flowserve Worcester's experience and
expertise in the design of cryogenic ball valves has
been recognised throughout the process industry for
over 30 years.Utilising a combination or our Fluorofill
seat material and unique 'S' gasket body seal, the valves
provides positive shut-off in the most demanding of
cryogenic applications. The latest C44 R7 design provides
additional technical advantages to provide the best
cryogenic ball valve on the market. Suitable for applications
below -196°C, the valve can also be fittd with the
proven Flowserve Worcester V-Flow metal seat to provide
accurate control of liquid gases. Also available as

Developed from Worcester's highly
successful Series 44 three-piece ball valve, the 13/14
simplifies process systems by replacing two valves with
one. The 13/14 is available in sizes from 20mm' to 50mm,
a range of end connections and materials of construction.
The Series 13 requires a conventional
90 degrees valve operation to change flow direction.
However, during this operation, all three ports are
open and therefore mixing of media can occur. By contrast
the Series 14 requires a 180 degrees operation to change
flow direction. At 90 degrees both ports are shut, providing
full isolation of the media. Mixing of the media will
not occur during operation. Also available as full bore
up to 40mm by prefixing the product series with the
letter 'B' e.g. BAT13
