The Flowserve Worcester F51/52 Series
provides a Class 150 and Class 300 valve in a one piece
body up to sizes 8''. The valve fully complies with
the requirements of BS5351 and is independantly third
party approved.Available in a wide range of materails
and seat options with both Class rated and PN rated
flange options available. The screwed insert design
allows for the valve to be used for end of line duty
against full differential pressure rating.To meet BS5351
anti-static requirements the valve is fitted with mechanical
devices within the stem to ensure safe static discharge
to the body. The valve has also been witness fire tested
to BS6755 part 2 as part of the compliance to BS5351.

Flowserve Worcester's F819/829 provides
a full bore product range from 2'' to 8'' independantly
approved to the requirements of BS5351. As part of BS5351
the valve has been witness fire tested to BS6755 Part2
making it ideal for use within the Petrochemical and
allied industries.The valve has an ISO5211 mounting
platform with a unique position indictator that remains
in place during actuation to retain stem buld integrity
and show the true valve position. All sizes are also
fitted with a stem nut locking clip.The valve also meets
the requiemnets of TA-Luft and has a secondary stem
seal of PTFE fitted below the firesafe graphite packing.

The Flowserve Wocester E51/52 Envirosafe
valves provides a unique dual stem seal arrangement
in a one piece body design. The unique primary seal
is designed to ensure it will always fail in service
before the secondary seal. This allows for the failure
to be detected before any leakage to atmosphere and
the live loaded stem packing to be adjusted to reload
the primary seal
The valve uses a one-piece anti-blow
out stem design with the body complying with BS5351
wall thickness. For firesafe applictaions, graphite
gland packing can be fitted to provide a certified valve
(EF51/52).This unique valve minimises potential leak
paths making the valve ideal for use on a wide range
of toxic and harmful applications along with seaching
or expensive media.
