operations, the P61 provides rapid, repeatable and highly
accurate control in both level of weigh measuring processes

Automax Supernova series Rack
and Pinion actuators are designed for butterfly, plug,
or ball valves, and offer one compact design for double
acting and spring return. Precision die-cast pistons
with large cylinder bearings increases efficiencey and
cycle life. The actuators incorporate a precision-extruded
hard anodized aluminium body and a one piece nitride
coated or nickel-plated pinion gear, factory lubricated
for a long trouble-free life.
The actuators are designed for 100
degree travel with clockwise and counterclockwise travel
adjustment for open and closed positions up to Size
200. Available in torque ranges from 8 Nm to 5,005 Nm,
for optimum actuator sizing.

The R2, R3 and R4, Series Scotch Yoke
heavy-duty actuators provide torques from 1,000 to 17,000
in-lbs. The combination of Scotch Yoke actuators, Rack
and Pinion actuators, plus Automax's extensive range
of automation products offers the opportunity to standardize
on one source for your complete quarter-turn automation
needs. The R Series actuators can also be configured
with high pressure hydraulic cylinders.
The R5 Series heavy duty scotch yoke
actuator provides torque output as high as 500,000 in
lbs. Piston rods are guided and supported by self lubricating
bronze bearings. The slot in the R5 scotch yoke mechanism
is precision machined. The yoke pin is is induction
hardened and chrome plated. It is supported at the top
and bottom by a guide in the slot in the housing and
the yoke pin rollers are hardened steel

The VL spring cylinder linear
actuator is a powerful, high-performance pneumatic actuator
that provides positive throttling or on-off operation
for automatic control valves. Most cylinder sizes are
designed for supply pressures up to 150 psi (10.3 Bar).
Using a spring to provide failsafe operation, this actuator
is completely field reversible for air-to-open or air-to-close
operation without additional parts. The positioner supplies
air to both sides of the piston, providing stiff, precise
movement and high-frequency response.
